MEETING POINT BUDA
On the third floor, there will be a meeting point—a space with a multipurpose platform for workshops, meetings, receptions, and family gatherings. But what truly makes this place unique is the 200-square-meter terrace at the corner of Ijzerkaai and Budastraat. From there, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Leie River stretching far beyond the Texture Museum.
This spot will be worth visiting not just from the terrace: the terrace with its trees and the rooftop garden will also be a defining feature for everyone entering the city center via the new Budabrug.
PANORAMA APARTMENTS
The 5th, 6th, and 7th floors are reserved for the “Panorama” apartments, which are accessible via private elevators. They offer 110m2 of living space and are equipped with all modern amenities and home automation. These residents can sign up for services from Zorggroep H. Hart on an à la carte basis.
BUDABRUG PARKING GARAGE
The new (semi-)public
Budabrug parking garage runs beneath the entire building, spanning four levels, with a total of 230 parking spaces. The new parking complex is partially integrated into the City of Kortrijk’s mobility plan. Consequently, in addition to staff and visitors of Zorggroep H. Hart, external customers are also welcome to use the parking garage.
The parking garage was built using a top-down approach, which means that construction began simultaneously both underground and above ground and progressed in two directions at the same time.
