The open kitchen serves as a central and inviting feature within the home and is directly connected to the surrounding living spaces. The design placed a strong emphasis on the use of luxurious and timeless materials. Walnut veneer was chosen for this purpose; with its warm tones and elegant wood grain, it creates a refined and homey atmosphere.
The countertop and accent pieces are crafted from Taj Mahal quartzite, an exclusive natural stone known for its soft color nuances and subtle veining. This stone not only adds a sense of luxury but is also exceptionally durable and suitable for heavy use. The walls are finished using the Boss Calco painting technique, which creates a soft, chalky effect and contributes to the serene atmosphere of the space.
Oak parquet was chosen for the flooring, which harmoniously ties the various materials together and adds extra warmth and character to the overall design. Together, these high-quality finishes create a balanced, stylish, and functional kitchen with a distinct, luxurious look.
This bathroom was designed as an oasis of peace and relaxation, where serenity takes center stage. The use of soft, natural colors and subtle patterns creates a understated and balanced atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy comfort. Each material was carefully selected to contribute to a harmonious whole without visual clutter.
The combination of stained oak veneer with a warm, refined look, weathered parquet, and ceramic tiles with a travertine look creates a natural and timeless aesthetic. The ceramic tiles not only capture the authentic look of natural stone but also offer the practical benefits of ease of maintenance and durability. The weathered parquet softens the overall look and enhances the sense of continuity and warmth in the space.
The bedroom and bathroom are elegantly connected by a walk-through closet. This thoughtfully designed transition creates a fluid flow and enhances the sense of privacy and luxury, while the different functions blend seamlessly into one another. Together, they form a cohesive and soothing whole that perfectly combines comfort and aesthetics.
The top floor has been fully furnished as a versatile entertainment space, designed for relaxation and socializing. This floor serves as a place to retreat, entertain guests, or enjoy casual moments. A compact yet functional bar was integrated into the design, inviting guests to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or social evenings, while direct access to the spacious terrace creates a strong connection between the interior and exterior.
The flooring was installed by Liquidfloors and contributes to a sleek, seamless whole with a contemporary look. In contrast, custom-made furniture with distinctive details was deliberately chosen, giving the space a distinct retro feel. The combination of modern finishes and nostalgic elements creates a playful, unique atmosphere that gives this floor its own distinct identity within the home.
