The compact design addresses various challenges such as mobility, parking, natural light, financial feasibility, and functional and structural realities. Centered around a third place—a catalyst for urban activity centered on the theme of permaculture—the project is deliberately designed to be open to the city: a large multifunctional plaza, visual connections, views into the interior, and transparency between the various spaces. The proposal combines contemporary architecture with a clear human scale.
