What initially began as a simple plan for a single multipurpose space with a dining area for employees gradually evolved into a well-thought-out and fluid ensemble of support spaces for Lybover. During the design process, it became clear that there was a need for greater flexibility and multifunctionality, leading the concept to evolve into an environment capable of facilitating various forms of gathering, consultation, and relaxation.
The final program includes a spacious dining hall with seating for as many as 150 people, which serves not only as a cafeteria but also as a gathering place within the company. In addition, a large hall was designed for lectures, presentations, and receptions, suitable for both internal and external events. Furthermore, five meeting rooms were designed, each with its own scale and character, so that they can be adapted to a variety of meeting scenarios. Various support facilities round out the complex and ensure the smooth operation of the spaces. Together, they form a cohesive and flexible whole that perfectly meets the needs of a modern and dynamic work environment.
A soft and harmonious palette of materials was deliberately chosen, with warmth, tranquility, and refinement at the forefront. Among other materials, smoked eucalyptus veneer was used; with its subtle grain and deep, warm hue, it adds a natural elegance to the interior. This wood strikes a beautiful balance with the warm-gray poured concrete floor, which provides a seamless and contemporary foundation while also offering comfort and ease of use.
The design was further complemented by gray-green lacquerwork and refined shades of beige and gray, which together form a calm and cohesive color palette. These soft color transitions contribute to a pleasant atmosphere where concentration and relaxation effortlessly alternate. The curtains play an important role in this: they gently diffuse the abundant natural light flooding into the spaces, thereby creating a pleasant lighting experience. At the same time, they allow the spaces to be flexibly arranged and adapted to different functions and times of use, without compromising cohesion or aesthetics.
