We designed three separate modules, each with its own dimensions and function: a small one, a medium one, and a large one. Thanks to this layout, the spaces can be used flexibly, depending on the needs and type of activity. The largest module is designed as a full-fledged presentation space, accommodating up to 30 people on-site, plus 50 additional participants who follow the event via video. Thanks to the integrated technology, the speaker also has a continuous view of the online participants, who are displayed on the screens at the back of the room. This enhances interaction and ensures that the digital audience remains actively engaged as well.

The smaller pods are designed for training sessions, workshops, and educational sessions in a more intimate setting and can accommodate groups of 5 to a maximum of 12 people. The design of these spaces emphasized comfort, concentration, and flexibility, so they can easily adapt to different work styles. In addition, there are several meeting rooms that can be flexibly used for consultations, brainstorming sessions, or one-on-one conversations. Together, these spaces form a versatile and future-oriented whole that optimally supports both in-person and hybrid gatherings.

Wooden partitions were installed to create a clear yet gentle separation between the “quiet” training room and the “noisier” relaxation area. These elements provide a visual and acoustic boundary without completely disrupting the openness of the space. The warm character of the wood also contributes to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere that is conducive to both concentration and relaxation.

The area between the two spaces was deliberately designed to be multifunctional, serving simultaneously as a reception area, a rest area, and a buffer zone between the two contrasting zones. This transitional space softens the shift from quiet to activity and ensures a natural flow throughout the space. This well-thought-out layout creates a balanced spatial structure in which different functions can coexist harmoniously without interfering with one another.

To create a space that exudes professionalism, we have chosen elegant and durable materials that can withstand heavy use. This ensures that the interior remains not only aesthetically appealing but also retains its value over the long term. Each material has been carefully selected with an eye toward quality, ease of maintenance, and a timeless appearance, befitting a professional environment.

In addition, we used recurring shades of green and various shades of brown to create a sense of unity and cohesion. These natural colors reinforce the calm and seriousness required within a professional network and help create an atmosphere of trust and maturity. At the same time, we didn’t want to make the interior too austere or distant. That’s why we added playful and surprising elements that give the space a more relaxed character.

For example, a green wall was incorporated to add a lively and dynamic accent, while a seating area featuring light colors and organic shapes exudes softness and informal coziness. The bar, clad in retro Winckelmans tiles, is a real eye-catcher and gives the space an original touch. Thanks to this blend of a professional atmosphere and playful accents, the space is not only suitable for focused work but is also ideal for networking and gatherings outside of traditional working hours.
