We designed three separate pods, each with its own scale and function: a small, medium and large. This division enables flexible use of the spaces according to needs and type of activity. The largest pod was conceived as a full-fledged presentation room, where up to 30 people can participate live, supplemented by an additional 50 participants who follow the event via video. Thanks to integrated technology, the speaker also has a constant view of the online participants, displayed on screens at the back of the room. This enhances interaction and keeps the digital audience actively engaged as well.

The smaller pods are designed for education, workshops and training in more intimate settings, accommodating groups of 5 to a maximum of 12 people. These spaces are designed with a focus on comfort, concentration and flexibility, so they can be easily adapted to different forms of work. Several meeting rooms are also provided, which can be used flexibly for consultations, brainstorming sessions or one-on-one conversations. Together, these rooms form a versatile and future-oriented whole that optimally supports both physical and hybrid meetings.

To create a clear but gentle separation between the "quiet" training room and the "louder" relaxation corner, wooden dividers were installed. These elements provide a visual and acoustic demarcation without completely breaking the openness of the space. The warm character of the wood also contributes to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere that supports both concentration and relaxation.

The zone between the two spaces was deliberately multifunctional and serves as a reception area, resting place and buffer between the two contrasting zones. This transitional space softens the transition from silence to activity and creates a natural circulation within the whole. This well thought-out layout creates a balanced spatial structure in which different functions can coexist harmoniously without disrupting each other.

To create a space that radiates professionalism, we chose elegant and durable materials that can withstand intensive use. In this way, the interior not only remains aesthetically pleasing, but also retains its value over the long term. Each material was carefully selected with an eye on quality, ease of maintenance and a timeless look, fitting within a professional context.

In addition, recurring shades of green and various shades of brown were used to create a sense of unity and cohesion. These natural colors reinforce the calmness and seriousness needed within a business network and contribute to a reliable and mature atmosphere. At the same time, we did not want the interior to be too strict or distant. Therefore, we added playful and surprising elements that give the space a more relaxed character.

For example, a green wall was integrated as a lively and dynamic accent, while a light-colored lounge with organic shapes provides softness and informal coziness. The bar, finished with retro Winckelmans tiles, is a distinct eye-catcher and gives the space a quirky touch. Thanks to this mix of professional look and playful accents, the space is not only suitable for concentrated work, but also ideal for networking and meeting moments outside traditional working hours.
